Steven Fuller
Sales Agent/REALTOR®/Instructor

Steven is a full-time Real Estate Sales Agent and Real Estate Instructor.  He also has been a technology instructor for more than 8-years, is a Certified Mentor for Buffini & Company (100 Days to Greatness), is a Professional Service Certified Specialist and is a graduate Project Management Engineer.  Steve has taght P&P, Internet Tech Courses that include:  Web-Site design/development and Continuing Education. Peter Vimini
Appraiser/REALTOR®/Instructor

Peter has taught Basic Appraisal Principles and Basic Appraisal Procedures for the Greater Bridgeport Board of REALTORS®  for the past two years.  He also holds the MAI designation conferred upon him by the Appraisal Institute and has appraised a variety of commercial, industrial, and residential properties.  Assignments have included leasehold interest valuations, office buildings, industrial properties, land, residential properties, and special uses such as churches, schools, and government buildings.  His real estate and appraisal knowledge has earned him recognition as an expert in court testimony and real estate litigation.

• 16+ session (60+ hours) Instructor Led Classes 6:00pm -10pm (Monday/Wednesday evenings at GBBR)

• Simulated Exam Questions and Answers for both General and Connecticut State Tests.
• Instruction and Review of all seven(7) Connecticut Topic Test areas for the General Test (85 questions)
• Instruction and Review of all Connecticut state Laws & regulations needed for State portion test (30 questions)
• Instruction and Review of all 22 chapter topics with emphasis on General Test specific topic areas.
• Instruction and Review of Terms, definitions, concepts and concepts that interact with one another.
